Rudy Lucente

Rudy Lucente is a concert artist and church musician who has been serving congregations and entertaining audiences nationally and internationally for decades. Currently in his 46th year at the console, Rudy has the distinction of being the longest continually serving assistant Grand Court organist for the Wanamaker Organ at Macy’s Department Store in Philadelphia, PA. Rudy worked in health care from 1968-91 and was CEO of a five-facility company employing about 200 people. In 1991, Rudy left healthcare to join his father’s Aerospace Engineering company. He’s since operated that company with only the US Navy as a client. Rudy expects to retire from that position on June 30, 2025. Rudy brings much business knowledge to the table. This, in addition to his understanding of the pipe organ and his experience playing both Boardwalk Hall organs, makes him particularly advantageous to our Board.
